Annual Meeting - April 22, 2023

Dear Bennington Section members,

It's time for our annual meeting. This year we will be meeting on Saturday, April 22, 2023 in the social hall of the Second Congregational Church on Hillside Street in Bennington.

Meet at 5:30 p.m. on April 22nd for socializing first. We will share a pot luck meal at about 6:00. Bring a dish of some sort to share with the others. Also bring a beverage and whatever eating and serving items you will need such as plates, flatware, cups, etc.

After the potluck dinner we will hold the annual meeting which will include reports from various section leaders. We will also discuss any old and new business. If you have any items you would like us to discuss, please let me know about them ahead of time.

Following the business portion of the meeting, there will be a presentation by Martha Stitelman and Hubey Folsom in the sanctuary of the church. They will be presenting highlights of their recent trip out west.
