Our club posts all events on its Meetup group where you will see the upcoming events with descriptions of the events and all necessary details. The events are open to the public and we welcome new participants. Anyone can VIEW the posted events and all the details. If you wish to PARTICIPATE in an event, you will need to join our Meetup group at no cost. Once you have joined the Bennington GMC Meetup group, you can click the ATTEND button to show your intention to attend the event. If you change your mind, or are not able to attend, please go back to the Meetup group and change your status to NOT GOING.
If you have questions or need further information about the event, please post a comment in the comment section on the Bennington GMC Meetup group and the trip leader will respond. If the event changes, all participants will receive an email through Meetup, as well as a comment posted on the Meetup group. If you, as a participant of the event, do not receive an email, assume that the event is as originally posted. However, it is good practice to check the Meetup site the day before the event. |
